Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

You can return or exchange your item at Chau Long store for up to 30 days after purchase (date shipped for online orders).

Please note: We can handle a return at chaulongjewery.com but exchanges must be done at our store.

• If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
• Jewelry must be in good condition and watches unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty, and instructions.
• Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered jewelry, custom designs, and gift cards.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
• Trade-Ins – You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise.
• Buy Back – We will buy back your jewelry with 10% to 45% charge.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
